Truths & Stretched Lies

Truths & Stretched Lies is a body of work developed during the culmination of my Bachelor of Fine Arts at Sam Houston State University. This series examines personal identity through the lens of lived experience, engaging themes of gender norms, sexuality, and the aftermath of sexual trauma. Through the construction of a mythic, self-authored narrative space, this work reclaims agency and reframes vulnerability as a site of transformation and control.
